These terms apply to a private, self-hosted Actual Budget instance used for personal budgeting and Enable Banking synchronization.
Private use
This service is a private self-hosted deployment for personal homelab use. It is not offered to the public and does not provide banking, brokerage, payment, accounting, tax, legal, or financial advisory services.
Bank synchronization
Bank synchronization depends on Enable Banking, connected banks, user consent, and third-party APIs. Availability, correctness, completeness, and timeliness of imported data are not guaranteed.
User responsibility
The operator is responsible for reviewing imported transactions and balances, maintaining backups, securing credentials, and verifying financial records against official bank statements.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is for personal use, without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
Consent and revocation
Access to bank data requires explicit consent through the selected bank and Enable Banking. Consent can be revoked through the bank, Enable Banking, or by disconnecting/removing the linked account in Actual Budget.
